Great product. These has made a significant improvement to my sleep patterns, including deep sleep for the first time in quite a while. Just be sure to check the mg dosage based on your age. The older you become, the higher dosage you need. I compared these to the non-time release version of Melatonin. The "timed release" feature of these tablets definitely improve the length of sleep as well as the consistent depth of sleep as compared to a standard dosage. It is worth the extra money to get the timed release ones like these. I will definitely order more when this battle nears the end. Good to help you sleep and has a lot of other heath advantages to taking it. But I do have the craziest dreams ever. I don't know if it's that I am sleeping so sound that I dream so much or what.
