It is extremely moisturizing, I use this product on my hair a twice a week and put it under my eyes each night. I use it to get rid of lines and dark circles which I got from rubbing my eyes so much over the years. Each morning I use this my eyes look better and better and I think it is even grown my eyelashes a little. It is odor free and very cheap too. But this product is very viscous and a little goes a long way. I will continue to use this product in every hair that I have. This product did everything I wanted it to do. I would buy it again.
