Wash and dry affected area. Place product between toes so that gel is on direct contact with affected area. Pull hosiery carefully over product if necessary. Remove at least 3 to 4 hours daily to allow skin to breathe. Hand wash product. Air dry and lightly dust with micum powder, it needed.
